Łódź Housing Fair TabelaOfert.pl May 19-20

Did anyone attend this fair? Any interesting Łódź developments? Any opinions on
U Scheiblera 2?

No doubt - I am looking - just thought that someone may have visited and could give an objective opinion.. I think there is another one in September, may well try to attend that.

I didn't go to Lodz, but was at the Krakow exhibition and they had a stand for the Scheiblera development there.

I think I was quoted prices starting at around 9000zl/m2 ..... which if correct is very high, although I know the first phase sold extremely well, and I expect this one to successful also.

I am waiting for a development in Lodz to be released soon ... and think prices will be around 6000zl/m2 +

You will find these fairs in other cities too. If all the major players attend, then you will still get info on Lodz. I think the Wroclaw fair was earlier this year, but I'm not sure.

I believe there will be some Targi Mieszkaniowe in Wroclaw , 29-30 September in Hala Orbita, as for other major Polish cities

That does seem expensive... I will have a closer look at the the prices on offer at Scheiblera. The other development you mentioned - please do email me if possible when you might have any link etc that I could look at. Many thanks for your info..

I think that I will attend Lodz as I can combine "business" with visit. Many thanks for the help Polanglik and Wroclaw..
