How do i ask a polish guy if he likes me or not?

I like this Polish guy. We kissed New Years Eve but since then all i get is smiles and winks but otherwise he doesn't seem interested.
I can't work him out and would like to find out if he has a girlfriend or wife.
Please if you could tell me how to pronounce it as well that would help. Ta x

Mmm maybe i should just give up on him it could be that i'm a single mum thats put him off. But he never gave me a chance.
