I live in the United States and I can't seem to find a place that sells CD's of Polish bands. I'm trying to get a copy of Ocean's latest CD and I can't even find it as a downloadable file. Does anyone know where I can get this CD or others like it?

Thanks, sledz. I found his website and there's a lot to choose from. Have you ever seen anyone who sells Polish rock or metal type music?

Thanks. I actually saw that thread and that's where I got the names of these bands but it's so hard getting their CD's in the US. I've tried every website I could think of. I'm hoping maybe someone might know of a store or website in the US that sells Polish imports.

Thanks kaka, I checked the Virgin website and found that I can get a download of Ocean's CD on the UK site. I'm going to try it out later. But unfortunately, their website doesn't sell the hard copy. Everytime I try the search Billy Ocean pops up.

I'm listening to some of the songs on the Markski website and there's a great selection there. There's a wide variety of music. Thanks for letting me know about it, sledz.

Unfortunately, I'm not in Chicago. Do you remember the name by any chance? I guess I could check the yellow pages to see if there's a music store on those streets.

I called up the Polish music store in Illinois and they don't have Ocean's CD. Any ideas how I can get a hard copy of it?

Yes, svengoolie, I'm still looking for Polish metal but it's hard to find the actual CD's of the popular bands in Poland. I wonder if there's a reason they're not readily available here in the US.

I don't think heavy metal is very popular in the US now. But if you like the Polish classic heavy metal - try to listen TSA.

You can listen to some contemporary Polish metal from mp3 at metal.pl/mp3.php

I meant to say inside the United States. Even though certain CD's are readily available in Poland, they are very hard to find in the US. If you know of any locations that sell imports, please let me know. Thanks.
