While visiting in poland my aunt started me on an old polish home medicine mixing 2 oz Spirytus with 2 gr. ground amber. You place 2 drops o your tongue every morning, and it will keep you healthy. Does anyone know a source in the usa? What about the remedy, is anyone familar with it?

I'm not familiar with this remedy, but you can buy Spirytus at any Polish Deli, which sells imported liquors. Just don't drink it straight

We have Spirytus Rektyfikowany in a few liquor stores. So, it is available in the US. It's a true remedy. I have amber that I brought back from the baltic. It comes in a small bottle that you add spirytus to.

Dragon....may have to come to NJ

Yes it's strong, but is used in making many fantastic homemade vodkas and what not. My gf's parents make an awesome Wisniowka with picked cherries(sour) and Spirytus. Nothing even remotely close to the store bought. Anyone who ever tried it can probaly agree....unless sweet things aren't liked. You can also make a good honey vodka or sliwowica.
