how can i log out???

dear admin.how can i do it?
now and again i use a computer at work and unfortunately, i am always already signed in when i go on the forum. i wouldn't like my boss to come across this forum and to be greeted " welcome rafik" . any advice?

this forums adress is stored in a folder "cookies".can i delete it (the adress).would it not mess up the system?


Yes, you can safely delete cookies -- go to Tools/Internet Options and find section regarding cookies. When you delete them you'll have to login again to any webpage that uses them (not only to this website), but it shouldn't be a big deal.

OK, I updated the image (post #3 above) that shows how to log out. It takes 2 steps instead of 1.

Keeping the logout link in the Settings allows users to check (at least from time to time) the features they can use as registered members. Also, most users use their computers at home so logging in/out every time they go to the site doesn't make it easier for them.

Yes, in this part it would be quicker - but on the other hand logging in takes more time (plus remembering the password :). Admin

Click "Profile" top left and it will give you the option of "logout" :)
