If a man invites a woman to stay with his Polish family..

Hello, I am new to this forum so don't know if this is the right area to post - but here goes:

I am going to stay with a male Polish friend that I met whilst he was working in the UK - he has invited me to Poland to stay with him and his family. My other Polish friend says that if a man invites a woman to stay with him/family, there could be more to it. I don't know what to think now - any view on this?

Depends on the status of your relationship in the UK....were you romantically involved?

Difficult one - I think we both liked each other but nothing was said - he did say that it was hard for him to go home because of me in the UK but I didn't question it further (silly of me).
