A heart has given his heart to the other heart.
A heart asked the other heart for it,
May that heart wear the other heart in his heart.

Cholopolaco... there is no a word like this in polish. Maybe "Halo Polaku", what means "Hi there, Polish guy". Where did you find this word?

And somethink special for people who want to make their polish pronunciation better:

Kto tutaj tak tupie?
to tato tutaj tak tupie!
Ah, to tato tutaj tak tupe.
Tak! To tato tutaj tak tupie.

Whos stamping here?
It's Dad stamping here!
Oh, its Dad stamping here.
Yes its Dad stamping here.

It means Polish Mexican gangster. Cholo is a slang word for a Mexican gangster type. And polaco is a Polish person. So when someone is part cholo, part Polish, they would be a cholo polaco. The word pokochało made me think of it. It was just my way of teasing.
