It means Polish Mexican gangster. Cholo is a slang word for a Mexican gangster type. And polaco is a Polish person. So when someone is part cholo, part Polish, they would be a cholo polaco. The word pokochało made me think of it. It was just my way of teasing.

Wow, is that a name, or is it an actual word? I can't do it in one breath. But my pronunciation skills aren't that great yet and I have to go slow lol.
