How would you translate the saying 'If you don't try, you never know' in Polish? Or is there a Polish equivalent that means the same thing? Any help much appreciated! :)

that's correct but better is 'Jak nie spróbujesz, nigdy się nie dowiesz.'
should be wiedzieć not wiedzic:)
