Impressed and investment in Polish workers available

I live just west of London, England, and have joined because we are considering importing Polish ceramics and also because I have been incredibly impressed by the work ethic of the Poles I have come into contact with over the last 2 years. The ceramics operation will take time to develop and is well sorted. The Polish work ethic is so impressive I have decided to finance one or two guys / gals seeking to open their own contracting businesses in the Thames Valley (Maidenhead / Slough) region. This finance is in the form of investment in vehicles, plant and equipment needed to get started. The marketing, labouring and all the xtras are for the guys / gals to do. With £6 to 10K involved I need to keep a tight rein but this is done pleasantly. Anyone else in this region need similar backing get in touch. We can talk and see what develops.
