Please read what I said earlier about people in all countries. There are rich and poor people everywhere whether it is india or poland or america ,uk whatever. To answer your question , Indian GDP is much higher than Poland and Indians are much advanced in technologies such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals,Electronics, computers, satellites , missiles,, Mobile communication and many other things than poles . The reason India as a whole is not so rich is that there are a lot of poor people and the contributions done by a few , who innovate are clouded by the rest of the population
