For those of you who intend to buy property in Poland you may want to check this link about new legal instruments granted to consumers:

Polish consumers have been granted new legal instruments against unfair practices exercised by entrepreneurs thanks to the legal act on protection against unfair market practices ("the Act") of December 21, 2007. The consumer protection regulated under the Act is very general, and therefore it should also be considered from the point of view of real estate market practices.
