I think you need to qualify your question further. Do you mean the ISP market or do you mean Internet based e-commerce application solutions? If it is the latter which types of solution are you interested in?. As it stand your question is a bit too open.

Well, you are at least 10 years late. But you can try to compete with existing companies, already in this business. Or you can apply for job. If you know polish, of course.
