What questions should I ask apart from the obvious: holidays,pay,hours of work.
What benefits can I expect? Do they all pay ZUS and deduct your tax automatically?

It depends on kind of the job (manager position or regular worker?). But you can add:

- if they pay overtime (how much),
- when you can take the holidays (possible eg. 3 weeks in a row or not),
- health insurance

I think they pay automatically ZUS for you.
