Guys

Anybody looked at Sopot in the TriCity area. I know its more expensive than the surrounding areas. What are the apartment prices per sqaure metre there at the moment?

Does anyone have any thoughts in investing in this part of Tri-City

signed on an apartment in sopot kaminy potok ten days ago - got it for a knock down price and have put it back on the market immediately - without referb - for 1OOK more... see what happens...

if you can pick up soething for less than 6K per square then go for it - prices go from about 8 - 17 K per square

Check out Orlex.pl they have flats in Weijherowa which is about 25 minutes from Sopot, I dare say you could buy a flat for under 20 k sterling still. Central Sopot is going to be severly expensive for a new build and the old houses often need a lot of work. Bubbawoo seems to be the man on this subject.

check out. mls.pormoze.pl

also oferty.net

and mamdom.pl

sorry had to nip off line for a bit, bubba, what does this mean...tys per square foot ?

I understand the square foot but the 'tys'

also, are there older apartments readily available in Sopot ?

tys is a thousand so that would be a starting price of 8 thousand zloty psqm depending where in sopot

there are old appartments available but they dont come cheap either - here are some properties to look at

Central Sopot

Sopot Dolny - Lower Sopot

Sopot Gorny - Upper Sopot

Many years ago, I went by train from Gdansk to Wejherowa on my way to Wicko. The train was an old steam engine in those day though I imagine that they have electrified th line by now.
