Why is it always about sex. Why can't we just be freinds?

once they start then there is no stoping them. sex is the other option for the guys to make them shut up

good for you, I don't know who you mean by "them". Listening skill is a good skill in life in genereal, so it's your choice.

Women like to talk, men like to talk, but not at the same time. As an English man with a 'close' female Polish friend, and both of us knowing almost nothing of the others language, the automatic fall back, is on to the subject that doesn't need language. But, in the defence of men, the reason that I am here in the first place is to try and learn more Polish so that I can talk with her.

sex is huge and important for both gender. The differnce is men are not as tactful as women about it. Men are generally straight up (pardon the pun) about what they want and it upsets the female way about it

It all stems back to stoneage man and stoneage woman. Stoneage man want to sow seed in many field stoneage woman, to have field sown was long time!!! So she was cautious, she would 'size up' (no pun intended) her potential male suitor.

So in modern day, men are still obvious and women are still hesitant. BOTH want it but just in different ways. Men can be so driven that it is all they think of. Especially in their prime (18-21) BUT this happens to women too! as there biological clock is about to wind down! they do find an increased sex drive ot use up the last eggs!!! (by which stage men are usually not as sex mad! believe it or not)

For men to be 'successful' is to adapt their sexual means to that of the woman, If they can meet her criteria and please them, they will find themselves doing it WITHOUT woman accusing them of only ever thinking about it (which we neary do!)

Conversly, my girlfriend says the same - my answer is a fair one, I only see you one week every 3/4 months!!!! :P

Nope, but maybe that's because I realise a girlfriend should be your best friend, a support and sometimes, even a guide or a helping hand? Not saying he doesn't realise, but I think some guys don't really listen to their women sometimes.

Alright, sex is important in a relationship, it's exciting, it makes people in a relationship happy, but if you ask me it's a bit overrated as of late. It's a part of a relationship, it's not the most important though.. Well, it becomes a problem when you don't have it, that's for sure, but I think you know what I mean?

A woman is indeed more than a sexpartner. Why would it bother you to talk with her and be a friend to her? I mean, if you take time to really listen to her, you might be in for a nice surprise.

(But hey, what do I know? And this is just my opinion!) Do whatever you like or deem necessary with your life.
