Ok, the girl showed up again...but now I need to know something about Polish laws. Is it illegal in Poznan to force a girl to sleep in your bed, then attempt to rape her? She wouldn't tell me when I asked her. She's not willing to tell anyone either, as the guy is a long-time friend and her ex, but I'm not willing to let this **** go without retribution.

I would think this is illegal in most countries.

Kevrlet, I am very confused? First of all, yes, I would think confinement and rape were illegal in Poland. My question is, you were looking for her in another thread and she finally shows up....are you sure she wasn't where she wanted to be (with her ex). Somethings just don't add up if you ask me.

It's a long story Ranj. Suffice to say, she didn't really want to be there, but had promised his mother (who she's friends with) she'd stay for a few days (she doesn't like breaking promises, to say the least). Anyway, I just wanted to make sure it was illegal before looking into how to deal with it...you never know what kind of crazy laws places can have.

if she was forced, which i doubt, let the police deal with it. i somehow doubt that she's telling you the truth.

I am not polish nor in Poland. But I have never so far heard or read that forcefully making a girl to sleep with you in bed, then attempt to rape her be a legal matter.

Would a good friend do that? The whole story seems to be fishy.

Kevrlet.

you've been given sound advice.

1. its not acceptable to confine and rape women anywhere.

1a. If it is confinement & rape. you do nothing. let the police deal with it or you will end up in trouble.

2. good friend and ex-boyfriend

2a. Most likely the answer 'lies' here. Maybe she wanted it at the time and regrets it now and just doesnt want to talk about it and wants to be with you but trying to make here mistake look like she had no choice.

Either way - its her you need to talk to you frankly. Maybe even ASK the ex what happened.
do not get violent as it will be you and no one else who will be in trouble
