jakoś ? podziać/podziałać ?

Hello, I cannot understand the following phrase:

"A właśnie sama nie wiem kiedy jakoś tak się podziało..."

1. I don't understand clearly the meaning of "jakoś"
2. I can't guess whether "podziało" is a past form from the verb "podziać" or "podziałać"

"jakoś" is "somehow"
"podziało" is from "podziać"
So the sentence will be something like this, because we don't know what that person is talking about:
"And actually I don't know myself when this somehow happened"

No, that is an inaccurate translation. Should be:
"And indeed I don't know myself when this got lost somehow"
