He is from Poland he must be guilty. British people are looking for polish blood. It doesn't matter if he is innocent he will die in a prison for better English mood.

C'mon, you're trying to make a hero out of a rapist, just because he is from Poland. What difference does it make where is he from, and why do you feel any connection to him now after he committed a rape? Is it just because he is Polish?

And this is how I know he is guilty: URL

Mr Tomczak returned to Poland where, four months after the attack, he voluntarily gave a DNA sample to local police at the request of UK officers.

The sample was analysed in the UK, where it matched the DNA profile taken from semen found on the victim.

Righto,Ok thats an on going case, innocent untill proven guiltiy and all that....'cept the evidence does seem pretty shut and dry.If he is guilty I hope the scumbag gets his tackle hacked of by a blunt spoon,if innocent, let him go.

"she was punched or struck with an object to the face and fell to the ground where she struck her head on the pavement suffering a skull fracture and brain damage. "

"his movements could be tracked by the analysis of images from CCTV cameras across the city. "

"he voluntarily gave a DNA sample to local police at the request of UK officers.

Lets just wait and see....

Try reading about the case Polishslave.

DNA match with semen found on the victim

He admits following the woman; Images he admit are him are a perfect match to CCTV images of a man leaving the crime scene. Picked out of CCTV images of the suspect by his own sister and boss at work

He got rid of his clothes he was wearing that night after the crime (why would he do that?).

Victims handbag/clothes found near his house

No alibi whatsoever during the time the attack happened.

I don't care if he is polish, but if he is guilty or not. If he is - he should be fried for such a vicious crime.

If he's guilty he should be locked down in a small room with a 8-inch+ homosexual MMA fighter.

You have to say when taking everything into account that he is guilty, but his guilt must be proved in court and therefore the evidence will have to be compelling, with respect to you polish slave, the criminal justice system in the uk is a damn site more humane than polands where i beleive torture is still used as a means of obtaining confessions, the part played by poland in the so called cia flights where potential terror suspects were tortured in polish interrogation camps is infamous. I ahve to say though that the fact that he has got rid of the clothes he was wearing on the night might seal his fate as this is the actions of a guilty man. I understand that despite obtaining a 100 percent match in dna taken from semen, that there were also inconsistencys in the initial DNA test- this could constitute reasonable doubt as to a safe conviction so in effect he could get off on a technicality. One thing that is said of rapists is that people close to them often refuse to beleive they are capable of such crimes as they present themselves are quiet and gentle people. I only hope that the right decision is made as it would be a disaster if he was to be convicted of a crime he didn`t commit or not convicted of a crime he did commit- we all know that a leopard never changes its spots and as a result, a wrong not guilty verdict could end up as a death sentence for another woman years down the line.

Neil,

The DNA was a perfect match, the first sample was inconclusive due to a minor software error that was explained in full to the courts.

The defence did not challenge the DNA test result or have their own tests carried out, that itself speaks volumes. They new it would match anyway and would use the fact that the labs at Chepstow's minor glitch could work for them. No point verifying Jakub's DNA sample if they have a software error on their side.

1 in a billion chance of another man having deposited that DNA sample. Agreed, that is not 100% but it is 99.9999999999etc %

I agree, the family and friends of this guy are living in denial, and undoubtedly will continue to do so if a guilty verdict is passed. No doubt the original post came from a friend/family member.

You can bet your life that the 5 women on the jury will find him guilty. That only needs 5 of the 7 men to think he is guilty for the verdict to pass..

Don't be so sure he's guilty. DNA evidence is not everything.
About DNA samples, you can read website: whyjakub.com, typing 3 times "w" first.

lol.

He admits following the woman home, then the attacker reappears on CCTV (when Jakub claims to be at home) wearing the same clothes as Jakub and with the same DNA as Jakub.

LOL @ you.

1 in a billion chance the semen was from another man.

Does Jakub have an identical twin nobody knows about? Now would be a good time to bring it up if he does

whyjakub.com (www) is a travesty of a site.

So much so an express and echo (the local Exeter paper) reporter has gone on there complaining of defamation!

Perhaps the local Poles could use this website to potray their disgust at this crime?

So, polishslave have you actually read up on the case?

Or have you seen a Pole in the dock in an English court and started frothing at the mouth?

Way back in 1995, I found out how corrupt the English legal system was. It was my introduction to law, my first course in my first year. They are withholding vital evidence which could lead to him being released. What they are doing is tantamount to internment, detention without trial. They have to detain under the PACE regulations which, if I'm not mistaken, expressly state that the police have 96 hours. It could even be 48 now. I'd favour the latter. I can't believe some of the comments above, I don't profess to be a leading authority on legal issues but I had a feel for legal issues and am probably the best qualified to comment on this forum on such things

LOL!!

Quality stiff from one of Jakubs' friends or family.

Again.

I love it. Ridiculous statements regarding Jakub's case and personal insults directed at other posters. You would fit right in at whyjakub.com

Do we all have to bow down to you as you are qualified to talk on such issues?
