Jeanette: Erasmus student to be

hello,
my name is Ioana and I was just granted a scholarship for Poland in the Erasmus system. I will be going, if everything turns out fine, in Gdansk for 5 months. I am a sudent in my 2nd year at European Administration in Romania and I am interested in Polish culture, people and way of living. Also, because I will be living in Gdansk I want to know all I can about it, from tourist attractions, hidden spots to how expensive it is and so on.

You should find some information on Gdańsk on these boards, use the search function (also check the threads about Tri-City, Tri City, Three City, people use different spellings, but it refers to Gdańsk-Sopot-Gdynia).

Yep, Krzysztof is right, there's plenty about Gdańsk here on the forums and also lots about general Polish culture/way of life in Poland. Enjoy the forums :)

In Your Pocket - Gdansk (Tri-city) is a good source, its usually quite up to date, and they have an online version, just google it..
