Business Unit Manager - Krakow

I am currently looking for a Polish speaking Business Unit Manager to look after operations for a leading Automotive remanufacturing company based in Poland.

The role will involve:

- Leading and Motivating a team of customer service advisors and workshop engineers
- Handling budgets, P & L and dealing with business development
- Ensuring a culture of quality customer service at all levels of the business

The ideal candidate will be:

- A fluent English speaker
- A proven motivator, able to get the best from their team
- Driven to help the success of the company
