looks more genuine than a lot of similar offers

take care Cherish and don't be afraid to ask lots of questions (but not on the forum) to find out what you are letting yourself in for
if Mr Aman is genuine, he won't be offended

... last minute edit...

hang on a cotton pickin minute Cherish, you just asked what Nowy Sacz is like as you are going to be there in January
just how where you planning on handling the morning commute to West London?

Mr Aman,
I had a look of Facebook.
You look too good to be true
If it smells too good, if it seems too good, then it is too good to be true.
I am absolutely amazed that you are currently having difficulty recruiting anyone from England for the position of nanny to your children.

Based on the number of places this ad has been posted, I am sure somebody has jumped at the opportunity to assist Mr. Joshi.

By the way...

I wouldnt think a single person over maybe 16 in Britain uses that horrible 'merican word " MOM".....make of that what you will, buyer beware again.

well spotted Shawn

why advertise in South America and Sri Lanka for a nanny to work in London?
the work permit issue would be tricky
as for the story about losing his wife, I suspect that it might simply be a sob story

he is either a nanny agent, which is unlikely as how many global nanny agencies are there?
or somebody more sinister
