Omar: hi I can work in germany Im in poland where is the offer which city in germany? If you're called Omar, I find it hard to believe that you posess the right to work in Germany. Your Karta Pobytu won't allow you to work in Germany.

Omar: ok but why it doesn`t allow I have card shengen what is problem? You need a work permit to work in another EU member state. What you have is a residency card for Poland, not an EU passport.

I have card of 10 years by this card can I work without permit of work?

Omar: I have card of 10 years by this card can I work without permit of work? You are a resident, not a citizen - which means the EU is out of bounds, unless you can secure Polish passport or a work permit in another EU country.
