Good catch! Salaries can reach, initially, 4.400 PLN - keep in mind that the position is for helpdesk analyst (answering calls, troubleshooting, etc). it's only first level support. It depends on your experience, language skills and even IT basic knowledge. Offers can vary.
You can rely on annual appraisals which can give you an opportunity to get a raise and promotion, jumping to positions like shift lead and senior analyst just after first year. But it depends on you, only. You must perform accordingly to get recognition.
