You might be better quoting an hourly wage, €300/mo is below minimum wage here. Flipping burgers here earns you €400 a month...

As I said, Salary can be increase with time.

Our business is just starting, There will be just a few package to ship.
Of course if our business increase, the assistant's salary will increase also

And it's only about 2h or 3h of work per day
Of course no work in Week end, and holy days

How do the assistants get these products? Do you ship them to them?

Why don't you outline the program here in public? It seems suspicious if you are afraid to do so. That would indicate you try to hook some people and don't want others conferring with them about it.

Would you post it all here?

Ernando wants someone to teach him English!
When I have to write in Polish I get a Pole to check it for mistakes - especially when I am selling my services.
Chatting, I don't really care too much about my mistakes.

For part-time, home based work, that sounds pretty good. It would be interested to know what's being packaged or sent, for peace of mind.

That's one of those 'work from home' scams, it's probably sending those invites to other people that's supposed to make 300 per week.

In US, I learned about people who use stolen credit cards to purchase goods on line and have the goods sent to so called “assistants.” The assistants’ responsibilities are to forward the goods to the people/addresses specified by the “employers” (who purchased the goods and live in other counties). Be careful and make sure that you are not involved in identity theft/credit card scam.

Funny, that's what I was thinking...

I believe that this is the same thing I tried to do before. Let me explain how this works! I believe they send you travelors cheques via post and ask you to go to the bank and cash them then send them the money via money gram.... I was very suspicious of this and contacted the originators of the travelors cheques and they verified they were not legit. I had to go to the police and give them the cheques. They were American express travelors cheques in the amount of 500 usd each. They send you about 2,000 usd and tell you to keep the difference of the cheques.... Please if you are reading this and this is what they sent you it is a scam and you will be responisible for those cheques.
