Necramancer: I'm looking for a builder who can put in dividing walls. how big are these walls... in square metres are there any door openings in these walls i would say that your budget is low. partition walls are usually a two man job. then there is cost of materials etc. of course i haven't seen the job, so it's difficult to tell.
