Looking for Electrical Engineer in Poland

I have been approached by a friend who is a computer programmer about the possibility of building an RFID check out system for supermarkets. We know quit a bit about RFID tech but dont really know how to put the stuff together. We are looking for someone to join us in a joint venture (3-way profit share) to build this system to be rolled out by the summer of 2012.

I have not only put this vacancy on here (before any of you ask me why I would advertise this on here).

I already have a successful business in Poland and know about sales and marketing.
