You and ten million others right now, it seems.

But, just as a friendly hint - you need to tell people more about yourself. No-one is going to call a random number if they have no idea who/what you are.

Give the guy a break - if you've got nothing nice to say, don't say anything.

The guy posted this - "Native Speaker from uk that is working in Poznan and interested in tutoring english??"

For a start, "uk" - should be UK. Gramatically, it's a bit odd (and I'm from Scotland too - so I know how Scottish English grammar works) - it should be "from the UK", not "from UK", for instance.

Two mistakes in a tiny advertisement hardly inspires confidence in such a person's ability to teach!

(but - in all fairness - he's not a teacher, he's just another guy who followed a girl here and is looking to make money)

I am when it comes to people advertising their services as a teacher when they can't even be bothered to post an advert in correct English!

The use of question marks is a bit odd too - is he questioning whether he wants to teach English?

It's just half-assed and lazy. It's also an insult to the people out there who try to be professional - people end up thinking that native speakers are "here for the beer".

No, the fact that if anyone posts an advertisement here you are the first to blow it down. Feck sake man, it is the students that decide not you.

Oh shut up, Polish people are not so stupid they need someone else to point things out to them.

I once called your company when you started advertising here for your consulting business and your girl/wife didnt know a clue about a question for a middle class project and the immigration and some advice you give are totally wrong ..lately the one about immigration that an illegal person cannot get married in Poland....seriously dude! you can only help in english teaching and to some uneducated immigrants and to some immigrants who dont speak english or polish(where your/wife kicks in) and want to pay cheaply for advice,I dont know the Polish law vut surely for your advice here you can payinmg a lawyer to defend you for some wrong advice.A person who has done some business in west can clearly laugh at the advice you give...ADIOS!SENIOR!:)

Out of curiosity, is this sentence correct ?

Just a question concerning the term "that" in English, can it refer to people ? Isn't the "who" term better here ?( Looking for students who are interested in learning English?

Either is acceptable but I agree with you that who is better.

Can an illegal immigrant get married in Poland? Yes they can, provided that either: they come from a country whose embassy will issue a certificate of no impediment and the registrar they marry before doesn't do his job properly; or if they do not come from a a country whose embassy will issue a certificate of no impediment, neither the family judge they go before nor the clerk of the court nor the registrar they marry before doesn't do their jobs properly.

Go bust? I wound it down after being offered an utterly fantastic job - who the hell would keep their own business if they could get better money doing something more enjoyable without the hassle? Maybe it's just me, but when someone offers you great working conditions and great money, it's wise to take it.

No, the fact that if anyone posts an advertisement here you are the first to blow it down. Feck sake man, it is the students that decide not you.

Usually because most of the advertisements are an utter joke.

I once called your company when you started advertising here for your consulting business and your girl/wife didnt know a clue about a question for a middle class project and the immigration and some advice you give are totally wrong

Oh yes, that's right - the Indian guy that called asking for help on how to find investors for some restaurant in Warsaw. She soon told you to get lost, deepak, or whatever the hell your name is.

lately the one about immigration that an illegal person cannot get married in Poland....seriously dude!

Good luck on finding someone in the USC who will be happy to issue papers for an illegal immigrant. They tend to take their job seriously in the USC - not least because they'll have their balls handed to them on a plate if they allow an illegal immigrant to marry and therefore claim EU residence rights.

A person who has done some business in west can clearly laugh at the advice you give...ADIOS!SENIOR!:)

Still putting those drugs in the curry, eh?

Either is acceptable but I agree with you that who is better.

'that' sounds ugly to my ears, at least.
