Hello, I am looking for someone who is eager for some work experience who can help me organise advertising on my website. I have a niche website (PHP) that is proving to be fairly popular, however I have no idea how to generate ads, what works best and also I need Twitter and Facebook links organised and help with SEO. I would prefer someone who can speak English, due to the work concerned, however if English is not needed, then Polish is fine. Preferably live in Gdansk. If interested, please message me with experience and hourly rate in Zloty. Would suit recently graduated student. Also If anyone knows of anyone or knows where I can find grad students looking for work in programming/graphics/web marketing area, please let me know. Thank you.

Hey Aussiechick!
I know it's probably way off, but are you still looking for help?
I'm a native English speaker, with 2 years exp. as a web analyst (i.e. SEO, web development, ad placement, trends analysis etc.)
I just recently moved to Warsaw and started looking for work, but this type of work can easily be managed from a distance.
I can't send you an email or PM yet as I’m a new member of this forum, but hopefully you'll get this message :-)
I’ll gladly supply more details by mail if you'll contact me
all the best

p.s.
btw- I’d strongly recommend you don't hire someone for this type of work on a per hour basis. This market usually works on an incentive base (ie monthly retainer +% of advertising budget, % of ads revenue etc etc). This way, you get better worth for your money, and freelancers only take projects where they know they can actually contribute something and be proportionately rewarded.

Hi Im Lost here,

Thank you for the message and big apologies for the delay!

Sorry I have sorted what I need out, with a previous company a dealt with a few years back, so I am not needing anyone at the moment. But if anything changes, I will keep you in mind as I am in Poland for a while and working on 3 websites that are still yet to develop to their full potentioal, so who knows. Thank you for your advice too! Hope Warsaw has welcomed you nicely and you have come across some work. Its been a while since I moved to a new country... forgot how long it can take to settle in! grrr, but all fun and games :)

Thx Aussie :-)
yeh, moves are getting harder and harder with time… but once the initial shock wears off, I find it unbelievably rewarding, and Warsaw is the best example. a bit of a hard nut to crack, but oh so yummy :-))
thx for your kind replay. See you around!
ILH
