My dear all, you ppl are really expert in comments, my Polish friend with Economics degree from best university in Krakow was working legal on 800 PLN as a sales man where have to visit many customer each day. I know this is not good also this is not my business and for your information owner of this company is Polish.

I think you ppl have no idea or you all are have super jobs or you all are so rich or you don't want to know reality.

1100 PLN is net not GROSS.

I am unfamiliar with Polish employment law but in the UK your "job advert" would actually be illegal as it discriminates on the basis of race.

Secondly, is your restaurant actually going to describe itself as a "Pakistani restaurant" as this would also be very unusual ? Indian restaurants are the norm.

As I always say - quit the EU if You don't like, the bloody Schengen treaty wasn't exactly a mysterious and hidden text not to be mentioned to outsiders under the pain of death. What Britain did was it underestimated the penchant of the Polish to move where the jobs are.

in the UK your "job advert" would actually be illegal Not necessarily - he could argue that it is fair for the owner of an ethnic restaurant to ask for ethnic staff. Same way that an old lady might justifiably ask for a woman to be her nurse. OP - found any Pakistani women in Poland yet?
