Permanent Job for PHP Developer in UK, or stay in Poland

I need to hire one or possibly two PHP developers on a permanent basis for working on some web projects starting very soon.

Very strong PHP skills needed. You need to be quick, intelligent and industrious. If you do a good job, you'll also get bonuses. Additional useful skills would be 'web design', but you'll get that along the way anyway. If you're excellent at web design but not quite so hot at PHP, then that might be OK too. Need to understand basic English.

First preference is to have someone working in the office in Bridgwater, Somerset, UK. Start when you want, finish when you want as long as you give me the total hours I need. Pay 18,000 Euros per year (we have pounds (£) - so the equivilent of that).

If I can't get someone to move to the UK, then I'll take the second preference of having someone stay in Poland to do the same job. Pay 13,000 Euros per year.

Just one other thing - the company is just starting to expand, so if you relocate to Bridgwater you may be alone sometimes. If that's a problem it won't be the job for you. We don't yet have a bustling busy environment with lots of people.

MY Name is Harry (Nick name) real name is Harminder Jit Singh from INDIA. I have 7 years in computer fields but in web-developing and designing i am fresher, but i have confidence, that i am sharp as a tack in my work. right now i am doing gradution in Bsc in Computers.

Is the offer still valid? I currently live in Krakow and am a computer science graduate with a good amount of experience when it comes to web and video game development.
