Polish Au Pair wanted South of France

Hello,

I am looking for an pair to join our family in the South of France (40 mins from Cannes) in the middle of January. Our children are ages 5 years old and 6 years old and speak English and French. If you know a little French that would be great. As an au pair you will earn 400 euros per month, plus your private room with TV and internet and your own bathroom.

Please send me an email at nalinee76@hotmail.com if you are interested. We are looking for serious au pairs that are caring, kind, good work ethics, and a driving license.

Hope to hear from you!

Yes, I bet you can have a right old chinwag with the little nippers in both languages.

400 euros - shocking.

If you are looking for a serious person offer some decent money not 400 euros.

Au Pairs are traditionally paid low wages. never more than pocket money.

the ad shows that accommodation, internet etc are provided free.

Au Pairs are similar to interns. it's about the learning.

If the job provides two return flights a year, food, accommodation, private medical insurance, transport ( car inc petrol) ability to learn a new language and travel. Then 400 Eur is great for a student fresh out of university. 400 Euro is approx 1,800 PLN net in real terms.

Silbernagel, get off your high horse

Despite of questionable advantages, fact of leaving country isn't worth of 400 Euro today ;)

Maybe from the position you hold, as a fresh graduate or language student, being paid to learn a language...

an au pair program isn't about making money. it's about learning and traveling. it may be a great experience, if a
host family isn't a nighmare.

how odd, that this woman looking for an au pair had her request hijacked in this manner.

add the 400 euros to free food, free tv, free internet, free bed, free electricity, free water, free gas if the house is heated by gas. that is what the salary actually is. the four hundred is free and clear, plus by the law the family has to allow the girl the time to go to french class. and the childcare provides the free tutoring in french, children are great teachers. anybody who can afford all this without needing to be an aupair is welcome to do so. this arrangement is a great deal for girls wanting to perfect their french. where else can one learn a language this well and get a paycheck for it. the free living is what is offered in exchange for the au pair duties. oftentimes these girls are taken on family vacations to the alps or paris or the beach. usually they stay in contact with their host families years later. it is a one year program, not a career.
