Google the e-mail address - almost certainly some sort of scam.

I too, am looking for specific employees. Are there any female slavic albinos looking for work? Speaking English is a plus. You must be at least feet tall. Bikini uniforms will be provided for.

Dont yo think its a racist practice by an employer?I dont live in UK and dont know the law but in USA its surely a racist company policy to hire women only esp for a male dominant industry?

Afeet tall? or Foot tall? is that an typo error or just a plain disregard of english grammer?

It may be some sort of affirmative action. Of course what it means is this; qualified men won't get hired because government bureaucrats want to see the numbers.

My experience with the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Chicago allowed me to understand how unfair this unnecessary bureaucratic department is.
When a company did not have the 'recommended' amount of minorities (including women) then it was subject to investigation and fines. These numerical recommendations (in reality they are mandates) were in the upper right hand corner on the first page of the reports. Naturally, this affected companies in a negative way because unqualified people were hired and of course there was all that extra paper work.

There isn't affirmative action in England. We're allowed to hire the best person for the job. It is sexual and racial discrimination in this case. You can encourage underrepresented types to apply but not hire for that reason alone. There are some exceptions such as modelling women's clothing, rape counselling or other 'Genuine Occupational Qualifications'.
Companies with hotmail/gmail/yahoo email address are suspect, surely.

It's good to know that England has not swallowed the 'quota' poison pill.

When this company starts asking for men as au pairs sth will be wrong.

Yet, the official feminist line is that gender is a social construct.

During communism, most countries in Eastern and Central Europe implemented a quota system for women. For instance, in the former German Democratic Republic (GDR), a number of seats were reserved for representatives of the official women's organization. Socialists/communists believe in quotas because quotas tear down the fabric of individualism and allow BigGovernment to dictate the rule of law.

Denmark, Sweden and Norway have a variety of quotas for women, particularly when it comes to power positions. Of course, the same women's groups who demand such policies never require them for positions such as mining, ditch digging, etc (you get the idea). When will they learn?
