For an International Logistics Company we are seeking Turkish Speaking office staff in Warsaw. English as second foreign language will be a plus. Knowledge in logistics is not a must but of course preferable. The job description will be given in detail after applications are checked and the shortlist of candidates is built. Take the opportunity and step in the world of logistics.

I am experienced in international business, therefore, I have worked with international logistic companies too. I can do the work distantly by staying here in Turkey? Ok, how much will I take?

Sorry, I think the thread is misunderstood. I'll try to summarize the issue again;

1. We are looking for a junior profile but according to CV's that we'll receive we may extend the responsibility.

2. For the time being we are looking for a young, inexperienced native Polish person who speaks Turkish and preferably English as a second foreign language.

If we may receive CV's having experiences in Logistics, having other talents besides speaking Turkish then we may reconsider the job description for the position as well as the salary, etc...

I think this clear now and now I just want to hear sincere and true messages who meet at least the minimum requirement of our position. Here what we are trying to do is something good for young Polish people who are looking for job and please don't make us feel regret because of that.

Best regards...

True, but, I have been speaking Turkish in daily life here everyday. So, I can speak Turkish better than a Turkish speaking native Polish person. However, I can't compete with native Polishes in Polish language. I know only a word or two in Polish.

Btw, maybe, there are Polish people, already living in coastal towns here in Turkey, who speak Turkish fluently. But, I don't think they will be interested in transportation work as they are already living in villas and they are not so young.

Not quite, are you looking for a Pole with english as a second language and Turkish as third or are you looking for a local with English and Turkish, the same standard, or maybe you are looking for a local, who speaks English as a second language and has a basic knowledge of Turkish. Expect to pay at least 6,000 PLN+ in Warsaw for the person you seek.

Eh. A company is interested in hiring a person, not even a Turk, but a native Polish who can speak Turkish, all English speakers started to talk bla bla. English people, I agree it is difficult to learn Polish, perhaps, more difficult to learn Turkish as it is totally another language family, but, you can't have all jobs in the world. If I were in Poland, I'd apply for this job. However, my guess, I'd still be eliminated due to my bad look.

At least three universities in Poland appear to offer Turkish studies. That would be a good place to start.

(Eh, I was hoping he'd not been able to find a Turkish speaker there so that I could have a chance for the job.) You even started to show people where Turkish can be learnt.
I knew it is not so good to be "Wanted!", so, it is ok if I am unwanted for the job.

Ps: Maybe, he was talking about Polish Tatars who don't have difficulty in communicating in Turkish. There are Tatar companies here too, especially in an industrial city here where they do much international business.

AFAIK Polish Tatars no longer speak a Turkic language (though Tatars in some neighboring countries do).

Maybe, they don't speak Tatar language (Turkic) in the official places there in Poland, reason does matter? But, how do you know what they speak in their homes? Also, when it is business, you can learn even Chinese.
