The candidate must have technical skills:

* Excellent experience in C and C++ programming
* Fluent in English.
* Solid knowledge of Object Oriented Design principles and UML
* In-depth expertise with Visual C++, MFC, Win32 SDK
* Working experience on Windows CE or other embedded real-time OS targets
* Problem solving and debugging skills
* Ability to write technical documentation.
* Knowledge of industry-standard software development life cycle policies and procedures

It will be nice to have technical skills:

* Knowledge of SCM (Perforce, SVN, SourceSafe) and bug tracking (Jira or others) tools
* Experience in the development of low-level software (BIOS, firmware, drivers) and its integration with hardware, preferably on embedded platforms
* VB6 programming experience
* Knowledge of the .NET framework and related programming languages
* Knowledge of the Qt framework
* Knowledge of iterative development models (RUP, Agile, Scrum)
