I am trying to find 30 people to work in a production and manufacturing company in Chester. I have advertised in local newspapers and put up notices in shops near by without much success. Does anyone know of people looking for work in Chester?

Hi !
The reason why you can not found people to work is because a lot of polish people came home for low curency pound reason
BUT to found 30 people to work in one time is not easy SO my proposal
is as experience person of recruting end very responsible

I can found needed people in Gdansk area very easy ,here is good comunication

Actually is pretty interesting why he cannot find people to work? something fishy there...?!

Strange, that unemployment level in UK is increasing tremendously, and someone cannot find 30 production people to work in Chester. I smell a rat here. Maybe he is only willing to pay the minimum wage and people simply don't want to work. Anyway, if the job offer is genunie, please give the full name and address of the business.

a cruel irony however the number is genuine and so is the company one of my business partners runs a recruitment company to find welders to work in Holland. he employs Brits and Poles and pays them the same, however he is reluctant to employ Brits as there are constantly problems with fighting and drug abuse

It could well be true....i know a few bosses in the UK who had a problem filling vacancies , despite so many out of work....

The problem is , that English people can get almost as much money for staying at home in bed , so are reluctant to get their ass off to a job....

These are the same people who complain that are out of work due to Poles stealing all the jobs...!

Myth, the fact is they learn to survive off nothing, a benefit culture is handed down through generations of family members not working, they have no idea what a nice life is.

My friend is Polish is a steel fixer and the only people who have been fired at his place have been Poles turning up for work pi$$ed and actually drinking on the job!

It's really quite simple, if people get paid enough and believe that there are incentives to work, they'll work. Unfortunately in the beginning of the 21st Century we have this business philosophy that a company can be profitable through low labor rates. This is a zero sum game because it eventually cannibalizes the market place. Remember Henry Ford raised labor rates two and half fold so that workers could buy his cars!
