Well, the first thing you should do is get your Polish to a standard where you can communicate in a kitchen.

Secondly, you need to be in Wroclaw - and be prepared for a hell of a hard time in finding a job. Don't even bother looking online - it's a waste of time.

Dunno, there are some posts on gumtree.pl for chefs.

A good idea would be to take an intensive Polish course before you get on the ground. You won't need advanced Polish, but enough for basic communication with your staff and suppliers. Everything that you do now in order to run the kitchen, you'll have to be able to do in Polish.

Another idea if you have a bit of capital might be to get into catering?

Google Wroclaw Hotels, and have your girlfriend call or email them. Theres plenty of Hotels, this is a new 5 star http://www.monopolwroclaw.hotel.com.pl/en/Home, could be worth a try.

Thought about it but I think that would just be too scary with the language barrier cause lets face it polish is an extremely difficult language to learn thanks for the idea though much appreciate your advice
