My name is Andy and im 30 years old Englishman . My partner is polish but has been in the UK over 5 years now most of the time with myself and our children. She has had a job offer in Gdynia. I have been learning polish for a while here and there but still at basic level. Our problem is the struggle for me to find work there. I am a debt collector at present and have had a Car audio/performance business for some time which i had to give up last year due to a new baby. I have had years of experience of customer service and sales. Im also a mechanic and can carry out most jobs where possible. I have done bar work and PR work in the canaries and Balearics. I have a full driving license and a full C.V on demand.

Any help and/or potential company contacts would be gratefully accepted.

Regards
Andy

hi all sounds good except the job market in Poland is not good, my advice is to get to know auto repair place and see if they will employ you even with limited polish it will grow once working. At least the cost of living here is low so outgoings are low, the other idea is to do temp work in UK sort of on an agency basis like I do for 6 weeks to 8 weeks at a time and fly back home.

I am English and speak very little polish live out in the countryside which I love and being the only english person of hundreds of ks seems to work very well.

Good luck

Looking for an english native speaker for simple copywriting work (preferably Trojmiasto)

Are you in Trojmiasto already?
Have you tried the online job sites?
I'm in Trojmiasto too, but I don't believe we have any job adverts out at the moment.

My advice would be to stay in England unless your girlfriends job is really really good.

Best of luck!

Hi, my name is Sadat Francisco. I am from Mexico. I just moved to Poland recently with my girlfriend. I've been living here for a month and half. I don't speak any polish but looking forward to learn it. I am looking for any part-time job or full time job that can get me thru the day. I worked in the USA for about 3yrs in as a sales representative for a Hispanic food company. Anyone knows about any job? anything would help! :)
