Udvozlom!

First advice, learn some basic Polish. As you would expect someone moving to Budapest to know at least minumal Hungarian, the Poles would appreciate the same from you in their country:-) Motto of the story? Don't rely on English, it could be a booby-trap!!

I know that at Thomson Reuters in Gdynia they do employ many non-Polish speaking foreigners, usually entry level jobs but better that than nothing...

In addition, you may also want to try the local Kosciusko Foundation - Polish for Foreigners (Lengyelul kulfoldieknek) program, either while you're working or before you start, if you can:-) While there are of course any number of jobs for non-Polish, as well as non-English-speaking foreigners, presumably you're looking for something more than merely entry level eventually, that is, you don't just want to 'job around' Poland, but find a decent paying position!

Minden jot kivanok,

Keep trying! At best, learn if nothing else 'Dzień dobry!' (Jo napot) etc. It'll make all the difference, unless of course you're already hooked up with bilingual Polish-Hungarian partners, of whom there are many, I'm sure:-:)
