Looking for IT - Technical Support Job in Warsaw or Wroclaw

Hi,

I'm currently living in Warsaw and I am looking for job. Also no problem if available job in Wrocław.

I have been working before in Five Stars Hotels as IT Manager and also in famous companies as Technical Support. During this period I acquired an excellent knowledge in the Information Technology field, Technical Support and Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, Networks.

My Computer Skills:
Servers Administration (Windows 2000/2003/2008/Linux -Database Servers - Active Directory - ISA Server - MS Exchange Server - User Accounts -Monitoring)

Computer Networks (Structural Networks Design and Maintenance - Switches, Routers and Bridges installation and maintenance)

IT Consultation (Hardware maintenance and upgrade - Helpdesk and training for workers - Printer reviews and repairs)

Hotel & Restaurant systems (Fidelio, Sun System, Micros , Payroll, Vingcard)

Computer Certificates and Trainings

• Cisco I.T Essentials Certified: PC Hardware and Software.
• CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate
• ICDL: International Computer Driving Licence Certified
• Highly Proficient in: MS Office (word, excel, power point, outlook, access)

I have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, which I used in everyday life as soon as I lived and worked in international environment. I am also learning polish as I am living now in Poland.
