Hello all!

I'm a 25 year-old guy from the United States and just completed the CELTA course at International House in Kraków. I have some private tutoring experience. I'm now looking for a job teaching English in the classroom. I love language-learning, so I'm very keen to help others with it and really excited about finding a first teaching job. Ideally I'd like to stay in Kraków because I love the city and have made good friends here, but I'll happily consider openings in other Polish towns. [-:

I studied Polish as a hobby for about four years. This is my first time in the country however, so I'm developing (mid-intermediate level). I can speak pretty well and write nicely (albeit slowly on both counts). I'm focusing on developing my listening comprehension skill now.

My previous professional background is in AutoCAD drafting for architecture (1.5 years + certificiate in architectural drafting) and civil engineering (1 year). So I'd also be interested in drafting positions in Kraków, most especially in architecture.

I have web programming skills additionally (PHP, (X)HTML, Javascript, AJAX) and basic application-programming skills (C++, lately C#). I've studied these things as a hobby since I was really young, and would love to take the next step and gain some professional experience using them.

Please let me know if you have any leads, or would like a copy of my CV for yourself. Of course I'll be applying to places individually, but I hope I might get lucky and catch an employer's eye on this forum. [-;

Hi Yvett,

I'm a native English speaker from Ireland who will be moving over to Krakow in March.
I am looking to enrol for the CELTA course in International House in April and then will start looking for work once completed.

Will there be one of these Summer camps in Krakow and if so would you know how many openings will be available?

I would definitely be interested in finding out more once we get closer to the Summer.
