Mmmm. Can I try some? :) I get the kind from the store. It is so good but I'll bet homemade is better.

Good stuff, when do you make the second one? :-)

What filling did you use?

The jalapeno and salsa doesn't sound very "traditional", but it does sound very good.

When I make potato pierogis I add a little (very little) finely chopped mint and it gives it a really subtle herby taste. Thanks Ranj I will now have to make some pierogis next weekend, you gave me a craving..
