AIf you are serious about a job you aren't going to find it on this forum. Try the want ads for any city you wish to live in. Also try the online job searches and post your resume.

PS...unless you are planning to use your body attractive is not relavant to a job... brains and skill and knowledge will get you where you want to go.

Ich suche zwei weibliche Saisonkräfte für Küche und
Service (Juli, August, vielleicht Sep) und ein Au Pair für mindestens fünf
Monate, gern auch länger. Allen Kräften biete ich eine Wohnmöglichkeit in
unserem Privathaus, das 300 Meter vom Restaurant entfernt ist. Ob Sie in der
Küche, im Service oder im Eiscontainer arbeiten, hängt von Ihrer
sprachlichen Begabung und Ihrer Erscheinung (Aussehen) ab. Das Restaurant
liegt inmitten einer Freizeitahnlage mit Badebetrieb, Spielplatz,
Minigolfahnlage und Liegewiese 18000 qm Fläche. Im Restaurant tragen Sie
klassisch Schwarzen Rock, weiße Bluse, in der Küche Berufskleidung ( Weiße
Lange Hose und weißes T-Shirt).Im Eiscontainer werden Sie in leichtem aber
geschmackvollem Dress ( Badeanzug, Tankini etc. )arbeiten. Alle Anzüge
werden durch uns besorgt und ausgesucht.
Die durchschnittliche Arbeitszeit liegt bei ca. 8 Std. pro Tag, +/- 3 Std.
Der Betrieb ist hochgradig abhängig vom Wetter. Danach richtet sich auch die
Arbeitsstunden. mindestens einen Tag frei pro Woche. Ich stelle Ihnen
kostenlos das Zimmer und übernehme alle Antragskosten der ZVA und
Versicherungen. Zuzüglich bezahle ich mindestens 700,00 ? ( Grundlohn) bei
normalem Betrieb, bei sehr gutem Sommer, (viel Badebetrieb) bis zu 1000,00
?. Die Einarbeitung im Service erfolgt durch meine Frau, Einarbeitung in der
Küche durch mich.

2. Von welcher Seite des Gastes stelle Sie den Rotwein auf den Tisch
3. Wie gehen Sie auf Beschwerden des Gastes ein
4. Wieviele Stunden am Stück können Sie arbeiten, ehe Sie müde werden?
5 .Was für ein Temperament haben Sie?
6. Sind Sie schüchtern gegenüber Fremden?
7. Wie verhalten Sie sich bei Problemen auf der Arbeit?
8. Wie verhalten Sie sich bei Problemen im Privatleben ?
9. Wie verhalten Sie sich bei Problemen mit dem Chef?
10. Sind Sie geduldig?
11. Ist Heimweh für Sie ein großes Problem?

Äußere Erscheinung:

Sofern vorhanden bitte ich Sie, uns Bilder mit folgenden Motiven zu
schicken. Da die Entfernung sehr groß ist, ist dies das einzige Mittel um
die nötige Attraktivität und das Erscheinungsbild zu beurteilen.

Mitarbeiterinnen des Vorjahres aus Polen, Sie können sich dort entsprechende
Referenzen einholen. Ich versuche eine sehr gute Crew zusammenzustellen,
daher bitte ich Sie, die vielen Fragen und Anforderungen zu verstehen.

Für den Fall der Übereinstimmung, werde ich Ende Mai selber in meiner
zweiten Firma
in Marszewo sein. Dort kann auf Wunsch ein persönliches Gespräch/Vorstellung
erfolgen. Da die ZVA aber viel Zeit für Genehmigungen brauch 6 - 8 Wochen,
bitte ich Sie, mir schnell zu antworten.

PS: Die Stelle als Au Pair ist unabhängig von der Beschreibung oben. Es
gelten die internationalen Bedingungen des Au Pair Programm. Unterbringung
und Verpflegung, Sprachkurs in Deutsch, 30 Stunden die Woche
arbeiten/Mithilfe im Haushalt und Familie, zu 260,00? im Monat.

I dont get this at all.. this is a terrible way to get a job.. you never say I am young
attractive girl.. what kind of job would you want then? people get jobs based on
experience, not because they are young and attractive, your putting yourself in a
vunerable position...
