Kołakowski - Russian records to Polish or English

I've been researching Polish church records microfilmed by the LDS Church. My big stumbling block are the records in Russian. I can recognize the name Kołakowski and given names but nothing else. Are there any members who might be able to help with translations?

I can help you a bit... if you go to the following:

http://www.esisnet.com/~jackbowmanstc/russian1.htm

It will give you a Format for Russian Polish Birth, Marriage, and Death records. It will also do the same for Napoleonic records. (check the options at the bottom of the page)
While it will not translate your record, it will give you an idea of the location on the record of dates, names and relationship.

On April 6th, 1906 Teodora came over to join her brother Stanislav Roman. But when Teodora came over, She was not alone. It appears that she was traveling with a possible cousin, Helena Kolakowska, They were both going to the same person, Stanislav Roman in New Hyde Park, Long Island, New York.
