koleżanka etc. - correct my Polish grammar please

Could someone please correct my grammar? I'm still learning Polish so I'm not very good.

Jak się masz, moja kolezanka, i jak leci w Anglii? Pamietasz się Jason ? Pamietasz Jasona? Zmarł a poprzednium tydzienu. Miał guza mozgu, Usunieto mu go, ale zmarl z powodu komplikacje. Mial zona I dziekii. Tylko ma 36 lat. Jaka szkoda!!

In case I said this wrong, here it is in English:

How are you my friend, and how are things in England? Remember Jason? He died last week. He had a brain tumor. It was removed, but afterwards died due to complications. He had a wife and children. He was only 36. What a pity!!

You could also say something such as 'umarł w ubiegłym tygodniu'
