What is the proper English translation for kolejka in football as in przedostatnia kolejka sezonu?
Is it round or fixtures or something else?

it all depends upon the context. A kolejka can be a railway but it can also refer to a line or queue.

It's most commonly used as a line(AmE)/queue(BrE)

I am interested only in the use of kolejka in footie to mean a round (weekend) of play, which word seems to be missing in English.
For instance: Tabela pozostała bez zmian po trzeciej kolece.
Niewiele bramek strzelono podczas czwartej kolejki w ub. weekend.

Polonius3:

there were very few goals scored in the fourth round during the last weekend.
Polonius3:
Tabela pozostała bez zmian po trzeciej kolece.

the table hasn't changed after the third game of the season.
