Well in a way they too are responsible but banning cheap flights would only hurt the normal hard working conscientious person too. Basically the Police need to have a zero tolerance approach to these idiots, if they step out of line when visiting any country then they should be arrested for breach of the peace and banged up for a few days and deported, this means that they will not be allowed back into the country. Infact I feel that if people are travelling and cause trouble there should be a points system, just like a drivers licence. For minor offences like peeing on the street it could be 3 points and a £60 on the spot fine and points given depending on the seriousness of the event Too many points then they take away your passport.

Some on this forum would say that is undemocratic and an affront to the rights of free people

Im sure us people in Poland don't mind the people coming to visit, its just the idiots that need to be controlled, and that's in every country.

and what about people that come to England drop litter and in general treat it like shite, should they be deported? Trust Im not happy about the way a few blokes act of a weekend, but what about the 1000's of people that come to England and have no respect whatsoever! If the Polish hate it so much then they should refuse to serve English people

I agree. I hope the Police set the dogs on them. I'll even hold their leads for them. Still, at the same time, if there weren't loads of dodgy nightclubs and bars, the louts wouldn't come.

i don't remember to many dodgy night clubs a couple of years ago, but i think one helps the other out i suppose.

If Poland wants an economic boost from tourists then it has to deal with the consequences.

If Britain wants cheap migrant labour, it has to deal with the consequences.

I'm not about to start moaning about the hundreds of Poles of who show very little respect for the rules of the underground in London.

My g/f has just got back from her home town (Krakow) and she explained to me that many Brits are being refused entry to clubs there. This is a joke and is nothing short of racial discrimination.

It wouldn't happen in Britain which I guess is why most people would rather live here.

Being refused entry to a night club,, how can you say that is discrimination, i've been refused entry to many clubs and it had nothing to do with discrimination.

Discriminating againstloud mouth drunks, thats all. Pub owners prefer to keep their customers happy, not watch them all dissapear after a group of stags come through the door.

I've seen 'no football colours' or 'no stags' signs in the windows of pubs in the UK. The publican can refuse admission to whoever he likes.

They do discriminate in Poland i am for ever getting crappy looks from bar tenders as soon as I open my mouth. Do they recieve this kind of service in the UK? I think not.

Your problems getting served in bars does not imply wholesale discrimination against Brits.

The loud mothed drunks are the customers. Like I said, it's like having your cake and eating it. Why else would anyone visit Krakow/Budapest/Prague? I don't know people (whether on a stag do or not) who have been refused entry from the latter two places, solely for being a loud-mouthed Brit who just wants to enjoy themselves.

Should Poles be refused the right to use the underground in London? After all, all I want to do is travel to/from work in peace.

Maybe that's because the bar tenders serving the Poles over here are Polish themselves!

I never once had a problem being served in a bar in Poland but that was 4 years ago now since I was last there on a regular basis. Have things changed that much?

I've experienced both belligerent British and Polish denied at the door. If you're obviously drunk, they don't want you passing out or fighting. If there were a gang of rowdy people at an establishment I owned, I wouldn't let them in either...regardless of where they're from. Some British own these bars, so it's not only PL pubs.

Look, if you suggest that banning Brits from bars/pubs/clubs in Krakow based on their nationality is acceptable then you should also advocate banning Poles living in London from using the tube, based on my experience of living here for 25 years.

its not about banning people, its about trying to curb the idiots in any country..they are the ones that make it look bad for everybody else.

I've just come back from a stag do in Budapest, I got very drunk, was loud (at times) but showed complete respect to everyone I met. I also spent £700 (which incidentally would have been about £350 had I been Hungarian).

Although I have witnessed roudy drunken Brits in Krakow and Wroclaw, for the most part they are well behaved albeit a little drunk, thats what stag parties are all about. One of the main reasons they are so hated is because Polish people are not ready for that, they see these guys laughing, siging and joking and they just cant believe people behave like that, its quite normal behaviour in my country. Its not Polish, Polish people in the Uk on the otherhand are more than upto scratch on having a good time and are all to eager to leave the sit, be quite in a bar and mind your own business mentality back in Poland.

Maybe when they return home, they can teach the native Poles that being loud and enjoying yourself isn't a crime, and that there is nothing wrong with having fun as long as you don't break the law.

I think the point is about behaviour - and lets face it lads we have earnt rather a bad rep over the years..

But I did a quick search on google and it came up with several companies that cater for stag parties in krakow and they have offices there that provide tour guides and numerous activites.....you cant have you cake and eat it, the revenue that is generated must be pretty damn good......

I'm not excusing the bad behaviour, very far from it, but fact of the matter is, some British blokes are rather loud and silly when drunk...not so much violent though...

I wanna make friends with them...
