Hello everyone, I am an American female and will be locating to Poland in the spring. I would love to make some new friends before arriving and hope to learn more about Poland, it's language, and culture / etc. I have been to Poland last year and loved it all so much. Im about 50km from krakow so about 20-30 mins :) I live near the centre of katowice.

i will be travelling to Warsaw in June for euro football cup 2012 , i have also posted on various polish sites for friends etc to know the place before reaching there. Just a question, if only 'cause of your Forum Name:-) I've heard Danes find Poland (and Poles) really cool. Vice-versa especially?
I understand too that in addtion to many Near Eastern nationalities, that there's also a very small Polish "section" which has developed over the last twelve or so years in and around Stroget. Kongens Nytorv also has locales frequented often by Polish seamen, I'm told:-)
