Skype chatting to speak with Polish people (I'm from London)

Hi,

I am living in London now and I am interested in chatting with Polish people in order to learn the language as I am thinking of going to Poland next year for a week. I have been teaching myself Polish by listening to lots of Polish music and listening to language learning tapes and books but I think have not progressed much so it would be great if someone could add me in skype and correct me or guide me along. Thank you.
