Hey there!

I would like to learn Polish. I don't know if anyone there is interested in a language exchange or just in teaching. Both are ok for me (the only difference is that one way it costs only time and the other money).

Just let me know what's your intentions. If you want to learn Portuguese, English or French I'm ok for an exchange, if you want to give lessons of Polish only (not free) is ok also (depending on your skills and price). I never taught any language, but I have pedagogical skills and experience in teaching. So pedagogical skills I'm ok. And I'm a smart guy, I bet I can learn fast how to teach you one of this languages the best and fastest way possible :) (If and only if you are interested of course.)

I'm not in Poland at the moment, so the lessons would be via skype (you need a webcam, microphone and nice internet connection).

thank you,

hma

You want to learn Polish badly? Most of us want to learn Polish well! (Ha-ha, just a silly joke!)

Probably with a Portuguese mother tongue (Brazilian or standard), you'll have an easier time than were your first language English or German. Polish, unlike Russian, has ONLY short vowels, as with Portuguese and Spanish, the sound system is damned hear phonetic-:)

Polish grammar's another thing all together!! True, Portuguese trumps even Italian and French in it's complicated as well as numerous tenses, yet nothing quite prepares even the seasoned outside for Polish/Slavic case endings, numbering or consonant clusters.

Forwarned is forarmed LOL

Boa sorte!

Thank you for the advices and for the heads up, but... humm I'm still motivated. Try again :)

And stay motivated!! Polish is challenging, like Russian, German and a host of other "difficult" langauges, but in the end both practical and rewarding.

Hi!
Polish might be hard to learn for some people and obviously, like learning any other language, it's really time-consuming. I can suggest that you’ll have a look on some online courses which are both time- and money- saving. For example polygloto.com offers you possibility to practice all aspects of Polish language, its grammar, phonology and orthography. At first it all might seem to be complicated but with a little bit of motivation you will get there. Remember that practice is key to success.

Ola!

I'd like to do this exchange! I need so much somebody to make conversations in Portuguese :) And, moreover, I'm after Polish philology and now study Polish for foreigners so teaching you would be a practice for me.
Do you speak portuguese Portuguese?

Here it's my e-mail: aniaszczepanek87@o2.pl
